If you at least try chicken thighs in the oven with rosemary and prunes, you will cook very often. Such a simple dish with the addition of only two ingredients becomes incredibly festive.

And the great thing about this recipe is that it’s quick and easy to prepare. Marinate, add rosemary, prunes, and you enjoy just an amazing flavor in the kitchen. Make mashed potatoes or rice and invite guests!

Preparing

  • Wash thighs, pat dry, and rub with salt and pepper. You can use your favorite seasonings, but this simple version is the most delicious.
  • Put the reeds to marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
  • We put berdas in a baking dish, put sprigs of rosemary on top.
  • We recommend to use smoked prunes. It gives more piquant taste. Rinse, steep in boiling water.
  • Put prunes between thighs, so that during baking prunes would not dry out. Better tuck prunes right under the thighs.
  • Bake chicken thighs in the oven until tender. Bon appetit!
